United Airlines last run!

United Airlines completed their last flight into Cairns last night departing at 00:34 back to Guam as UAL95.

Continental Airlines began the route on the 1st of July 1998 using a Boeing 727 operating 3 times a week and later using Boeing 737 aircraft. In the later years the frequency was reduced to twice weekly and in late 2011 the airline merged with United Airlines.

The last service was operated by N24736 Boeing 737-700 as UAL94 GUM-CNS (26/9) and UAL95 CNS-GUM (27/9).
